Edward studied at the Guildhall School in London and he was a finalist in the Kathleen Ferrier Bursary for Young Singers.
Edward has appeared as Spoletta Tosca and Dritte Diener Capriccio for Grange Park Opera and Don Ottavio Don Giovanni, Count Almaviva The Barber of Seville and Beppe I Pagliacci for the award winning company Opera Up Close. He has worked with British Youth Opera, English Touring Opera and Buxton Festival.
He also has a busy concert diary. Works performed include Tenor Solo Les Noces Stravinsky at LSO St Luke’s and touring France with the Guildhall School Sinfonietta, Mozart's Requiem with The London Mozart Players and Haydn's Creation under Sir David Willcocks. He has also appeared in recital both in the UK, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
Edward recently sang Make an Aria Public Masterclass on new arias with Mark-Anthony Turnage for Opera North, Second Attendant in John Harbison’s A Full Moon in March with the Lontano Ensemble, Guest Soloist for the New Year Opera Gala Tour of China with the Orchestra of St. Paul’s, Covent Garden and Filch The Beggar’s Opera (Britten) with European Opera Centre and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.
His future plans include Buxton Festival Young Artist 2013 where his roles will include Podesta La Finta Giardiniera, Horace La Colombe (Gounod) and various recitals in the much acclaimed concert series.
